PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

All customers of the Lock&Load shooting range hereby consent to the processing of their personal data by DATA CORE SHOOTING SRL for the following purposes:

• Legal Obligation: Registration in the official shooters' record logs, in accordance with the prevailing legislation regarding the regime of arms and ammunition.
• Safety & Security: Video surveillance (CCTV) of the range premises to prevent and investigate incidents.
• Your Rights: The right to access, rectify, or erase data (within legal limits), and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, please contact the data controller at: gdpr@datacoreshooting.ro.

CONFIDENTIALITY

• Privacy: It is strictly prohibited to capture images or videos of other customers, range staff, or security systems without their prior explicit consent.
• Image Release & Consent: Customers grant permission to the range staff to capture photo and video materials during shooting sessions or workshops.
• Purpose: These materials may be used for safety monitoring, technical training, or promotional purposes on the range’s social media channels. The staff commits to not using any images that could compromise the dignity or personal security of the customer.
