Frequently asked questions
1. FIRST VISIT & ACCESS
Do I need a gun license to visit the range?
No. Anyone who meets the minimum legal age requirement (18) and is in a suitable physical and mental state can shoot at our range under the strict supervision of our instructors. You will receive all necessary safety briefings and continuous assistance.
What documents do I need to bring?
A valid government-issued ID (Identity Card or Passport) is mandatory. Without this, we cannot legally register you in the shooters' record logs as required by law.
Is a prior reservation necessary?
Yes. To guarantee the availability of a shooting lane and a dedicated instructor, please use our online booking system or contact us by phone.
2. SAFETY & EQUIPMENT
How safe is the shooting range?
Safety is our absolute priority. All customers undergo a safety briefing before touching a firearm, and our instructors (veterans and professionals) monitor every movement on the firing line.
What is the dress code?
We recommend comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes (no sandals or flip-flops). Avoid low-cut tops to prevent hot brass (spent shell casings) from coming into contact with your skin.
Do you provide protective gear?
Yes. Eye and ear protection are included in every shooting package and are mandatory at all times while inside the active range area.
3. COSTS & PACKAGES
Can I bring my own firearm and ammunition?
Yes, provided the firearm is legally owned and the ammunition complies with our range safety standards. In this case, only the lane rental fee will apply.
How many rounds should I fire during my first session?
For a beginner, a package of 30-50 rounds is ideal to learn the basics without muscle fatigue or loss of concentration.
4. SPECIAL SITUATIONS
Can I bring children to the range?
YES, however, they must remain under adult supervision in the FUN zone or the café area. While the adults are on the shooting range, children can enjoy a juice or mineral water, or they can play on the available PlayStation console.
Can I take photos or videos?
Yes, you are welcome to capture your own experience within your shooting booth. However, filming other customers or security systems without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited (see our Privacy Policy).
5. TACTICAL TRAINING & COURSES
Do you offer advanced training?
Absolutely. Led by our expert instructors (Iulian, Vlad, Mihnea), we offer Stress Inoculation modules, dynamic shooting sessions, and proficiency courses for licensed firearm owners.
